Join us for an amazing Napa 4th of July Parade by Sunrise Rotary! Apply below for 2025!

The 2025 Napa 4th of July Parade is a family-friendly event, showcasing our patriotic spirit.

Applications are beginning to flow and the deadline to apply is June 15 – Napa is counting on you! A parade takes dedicated teams, money, and lots of behind-the-scenes hard work. Each year, the parade is bigger and better because of Community Leaders like you.

We are proud, we are strong and we come together as a community to celebrate the founding on our Nation. Join us on July 4th and share this day with family and friends in Napa – enter the parade. You will be glad you did!

After submitting your application and depending on your organization type, you will need to mail a check payable to Rotary Club of Napa Sunrise.

Checks may also be brought on the 4th of July and given to our volunteers at the registration booth.

    Equestrian (single or posse – clean up crew required)Float (self-propelled, towed, push or pull)Walkers (schools, sporting teams, youth groups, military/veterans and animal groups - Note - owners are responsible for animal safety and clean-up)Musical (dance troupes, marching bands, cheer or drill teams)Vehicle (antique or vintage, single/individual, flatbed, fire truck & car clubs)







    I have read, printed and agreed to all guidelines and information as authorized representative of organization. I/we hereby understand and agree to accept the risk of bodily injury and/or property damage which I/we may incur or cause a third party to incur as a result of my/our participation in the Napa 4th of July Parade. With this understanding, I/we further agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless the City of Napa, The Napa 4th of July Parade Committee and its Boards, its Commissions, its Contractors, and their respective officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, injuries, suits and judgments arising from, or in connection with/my successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators, and any other persons or entity's who/which may have a claim based on my/our personal injuries and/or property damage. I/we further understand and agree that this save harmless and indemnification shall apply to and all facilities that the City of Napa may own and/or control. Furthermore, I/we have read and agree to abide by the Napa 4th of July Parade guidelines and rules, as shown in the pages provided and those to be presented with the participant's information package if my unit is accepted.
